Why didn't I get a reminder?
Ensure notifications are enabled for SolWatch in your iPhone's Watch app under Notifications. SolWatch uses time-sensitive notifications — check that Focus modes aren't suppressing them.

How do follow-up reminders work?
SolWatch sends 4 notifications per occurrence: at the scheduled time, then at +3, +6, and +9 minutes. Marking a task Done or Skip cancels any pending follow-ups. If you don't act within that window, the occurrence is automatically logged as missed. You can turn follow-ups off entirely in Settings.

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your Apple Watch. There is no cloud sync or backup. If you delete the app, your data is removed.

How are points calculated?
You earn points for each task you mark Done. Skipped, missed, or ignored tasks score zero. Points accumulate indefinitely — old log entries are pruned after 30 days but their point values carry forward.
